Exchange window
Request an exchange within 14 days after delivery by emailing info@lilboothangstudio.com with your order number and requested size. Do not send an item back until your exchange is approved.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks or scent, and returned with all original tags and removable cups. We may decline items that do not meet these conditions.
Availability and return shipping
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers pay return shipping and any international duties or taxes for an exchange unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend tracked shipping because the return remains your responsibility until received.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with clear photos if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Preorder cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund only within 24 hours after ordering, unless we offer cancellation because of a production delay or applicable law requires otherwise.
