Processing and dispatch
Preorder items are estimated to dispatch in 3–4 weeks unless another estimate is shown on the product page. You will receive tracking details when your parcel ships.
Delivery estimates
Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and local delivery conditions can cause delays outside our control.
International duties and taxes
International orders are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP). Duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product or shipping price. The customer pays these charges directly to the carrier or customs authority when assessed.
Address and delivery issues
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a parcel as lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, unrecoverable carrier and return costs may be deducted from an available refund where permitted by law.
