Estimated timing
The current estimated dispatch time is 3–4 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate for dispatch, not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination.
Cancelling your preorder
You may cancel a preorder within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@lilboothangstudio.com with your order number. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the preorder cannot normally be cancelled.
If production is delayed
If we cannot dispatch within the time promised, we will contact you with a revised estimate and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a size or address change. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment has started.
