Store and orders
You must provide accurate order and delivery information and be legally able to enter a purchase contract. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected.
Products, prices, and payment
We aim to display product colors, descriptions, measurements, and prices accurately, but screens and production variations may differ slightly. Prices may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout and is securely processed through Shopify and its payment providers.
Preorders
Preorders are charged when placed and are subject to the estimated production and dispatch timing displayed on the product page. The 24-hour cancellation rule and our delay process are described in the Preorder Policy.
Shipping, duties, and exchanges
Our Shipping and Exchange Policies form part of these terms. International customers are responsible for destination-country duties, import taxes, customs, and brokerage charges.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content commercially without permission. Our brand name, product imagery, copy, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to lilboothang and are protected by applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lilboothang is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from site use or a purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
